What language is the POA in?

VIP includes 7-day follow-up and revision support. Standard provides a single draft; you can purchase another diagnostic. Always read Amazon's rejection reason carefully — it usually tells you exactly what was missing.
How do I get my access token?
Issued automatically after payment and displayed instantly — also sent by email. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
How many appeals do I get?
ONE appeal for a permanent suspension, filed via the Appeals Center (etsy.com/appeals) within 6 months of the suspension date. A denial is final — there is no second submission.
Are removed listings different?
Yes — a separate, faster channel for listing-level removals (usually reviewed within ~3 days), with a 180-day window per listing.
What evidence proves a "not handmade" flag wrong?
Work-in-progress photos/videos of the exact flagged item, raw-material invoices, and timestamped design files.
What if my appeal is rejected?
For most permanent suspensions, a rejection is final. Do NOT open a new shop — Etsy detects linked accounts and terminates them. Review the denial reason before any further action.
What happens to my funds?
Disbursements are commonly delayed 180 days from the suspension date (this is what sellers report; Etsy's official policy authorizes delays without stating a fixed duration).
Do you guarantee reinstatement?
No — and you should be skeptical of anyone who does. Etsy publishes no official success rates; final decisions belong to Etsy alone.
How many appeals do I get?
Up to 2 per penalty: the first within 30 days, the second within 15 days after a rejection — final after the second. (EU exception: 1 per 180 days.)
What is the 12-72 hour window?
Some IP-named cases have a fast window — appealing inside it can avoid the penalty. We track your deadlines so you don't miss it.
What evidence wins logistics appeals?

What if my appeal is rejected?
Rejections fall into four types: missing materials, invalid materials, type mismatch, verdict upheld. Treat your second appeal as the last shot — prepare it like it's the only one. For dead-end cases, we'll tell you honestly.
